Return Process
- Time Frame: You must initiate your return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Important Notes
- Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exceptions
- Custom or Personalized Items: These items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Clearance Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
